Islamabad: Some pictures of Pakistan President Arif Alvi have gone viral on social media, in which he is seen collecting garbage. These photos are said to be of Changla Gali, which is one of the hilly tourist towns in the Galiyat region of the country. Alvi was seen picking up garbage during the trek here. As reported by The Express Tribune, Alvi's son has shared pictures of it.

President Alvi has also instructed the tourists to behave responsibly during their journey to the northern mountain region.
