Islamabad: Pakistan's terrorist organizations Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed are strengthening their hold in Afghanistan as part of a carefully crafted strategy by Pakistan to promote terrorism in Kabul. It is felt that it is foolish about the American-Taliban peace process. This information has been given by people with information in this regard.

Pakistan's Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) is helping Lashkar and Jaish militants infiltrate the Islamic State-Khorasan Province (IKSP). Which has been under question since the arrest of Afghan security forces chief Abdullah Orakzai Urfaslam Farooqui and his top commanders. Farooqui has been appointed the new Chief of IKSP replacing Maulvi Mohammed. Anti-terrorism officials in Kabul say the cleric has strong ties to the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba. Regarding the blueprint prepared in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, a counter-terrorism officer in Delhi said that ISI officials have created a support network of economic and logistics to ease their operations.

A meeting was recently convened by the shadow governor of the Taliban in Kunar province with Lashkar and Taliban groups. ISI officials were also present in this. The revelation came as the UN Security Council (UNSC) sanctions watchdog team began investigating 6,000–6,500 foreign fighters. He was included in Afghanistan.
