Patna: Jan Adhikar Party President Pappu Yadav has attacked the ruling party and opposition over sand mining in Bihar. He has said that both the ruling party and the opposition are to blame for the illegal mining in Bihar as the broadson company has the money of the ruling party and the opposition leaders. Yadav said the biggest leader of the RJD has a stake in the company.

The former MP said the high court has imposed a fine of Rs 139 crore on the broadson company. Recently, most of the government ministers attended the birthday party of the owner of the company. He said Jap demands an inquiry into the property of all leaders who are close to the company. As a result, Pappu Yadav also predicted Nitish Kumar (Nitish Kumar) to become PM. 

Pappu Yadav said the Jan Adhikar Party will agitate in a phased manner for MSP law and special statehood. He said that the National Executive meeting of the Jan Adhikar Party will be held on 19th December and on 27th December there will be a state-wide protest to demand a special state, then on 10th January, rail roko programme, on 16th January at Bapu Auditorium, statewide conference and on 23rd March at Gandhi Maidan.
