Paresh Rawal is a big name in Hindi cinema. Today is a very special day for them. He was born on this day in 1955 in Mumbai. He is 67 years old. He has got recognition not only in comic roles but also as a villain in Bollywood. He used to play villain roles to a great extent earlier, but later he entered comedy films and he became a big name in comedy films. 

Actor Paresh Rawal wanted to become a civil engineer and in those days he was struggling to get a job, but it is not possible for everyone to stay where he is today. Talking about Paresh's married life, he was married to Miss India Swaroop Sampat in 1979 and they have two children Aditya and Anirudh.

Paresh started his acting career in the year 1984 and at that time Paresh played the role of an assistant in the film 'Holi', after that Paresh did not look back. He was also seen as a villain in many films. Rawal received the National Film Award in 1994 for playing a supporting role. Paresh was next seen in the film 'Hera-Pheri' in 2000 with actors Akshay Kumar and Sunil Shetty. Paresh also received the Filmfare Award for Best Comedian for this film. Paresh has also been awarded the Padma Shri award in the year 2014. At present, he is also the current BJP MP from Ahmedabad East parliamentary constituency of Gujarat.
