Step 1- How to Fill Form?
- First login by visiting the passport service's online website.
- Apply for Fresh Passport / Passport Click on the link with renewed off passport.
- Then, after clicking on alternative one option, a new page will open.
- You can download and fill out the application form if you like.
- Can then fill back and upload to the portal.
- Right there, click 'fill the application form online' to fill out the online form.
Step 2- Appointment must be taken:-
- After clicking on the online form option, you need to fill in the required details and submit it.
- Then, while logging in, go to the first page and click submit application.
- Then, click the radio button to pay.
- Click on Pay and Schedule Appointment option.
- Go ahead by selecting online payments.
- State that it is very important to pay online to book an appointment at the passport office.
Step 3- Take such appointments:-
- Then the list of passport seva kendras near you will come to your screen.
- Choose the date and time of the appointment as per your convenience.
- Then click Pay and Book Appointment.
- On the other hand, after completion of the payment, now go to the Passport Seva portal once again.
- If you see the appointment confirmation page there.
- From there the full details will be the show.
- Print out the application and click on the print application. This will present the appointment number.
Step 4 - Keep these documents before you learn passport office with:-
- Take a print receipt on your way to the passport office. .
- You will get entry there only after showing the slip.
- After that your documents will be asked there.
- In addition, give the document along with the photo.
- As well as the photo will give a signature. The same signature will appear on the port you have.
Step 5- Do this passport status track:-
- Then, you'll receive a slip that allows you to track the status of your passport.
- This will be followed by police verification and then your passport by post will reach your home in a week.
- Take your old passport to the passport office after receiving the passport.
- Deposit your old passport here at the passport office.
- Report to police if passport is lost or stolen.
