Patna: A man was stabbed to death in Bihar's capital Patna due to a love affair. The incident occurred near the government parking lot of Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple in East Boring Canal Road. Police have nabbed the criminal and one of his friends. The deceased has been identified as Shadab. The reason behind the murder is a love affair.
Shadab and Jayesh Mauritius were childhood friends. Jayesh and Shadab hail from the Gauraya area of Mithapur. Both of them studied 12th standard at Miller High School. Meanwhile, Shadab befriended a girl. A young woman from the Kutcha Pond area of Neckibagh was a female friend of Shadab till a few months ago. Then, he became friends with Shadab's friend Jayesh.
According to reports, the two had been fighting for the past few days because of this. The two were also making videos and photos of each other viral on social media. He also threatened to kill him with a knife. Shadab was at the pan shop near Panchmukhi Hanuman temple on Thursday. This led Jayesh to come with two friends by bike. The two were assaulted, after which Jayesh pulled out a knife from his pocket and hit Shadab directly on the chest. Shadab was seriously injured. With the help of locals, he was admitted to a nearby private hospital where the man died while treatment.
