Bollywood producer-director Anurag Kashyap is in the headlines these days. He has been accused of sexual harassing actress Payal Ghosh. She had also gone to the Oshivara police station in Mumbai to lodge fir against Anurag Kashyap on Monday. But their FIR has not been registered and she had to return empty-handed from the police station. Her lawyer was also present with Payal when he went to the police station. According to media reports, in the absence of FIR, the lawyer Nitin Satpute said, "There was no woman employee to file a statement in the police station. The area rights of the police station were also not being fixed as the incident took place in the jurisdiction of the Versova police station. '

Lawyer Nitin Satpute further said, "We can now file a complaint tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon. We have also decided to file a case before NCW. According to media reports, Payal Ghosh tweeted on September 19, accusing Anurag Kashyap of sexual exploitation and trying to give justice to Prime Minister Modi.  Talking to the media, Payal Ghosh said, "First I met him (Anurag Kashyap) with my manager. Then I went to his house and met him. He met me very well. I was very good at seeing his behaviour, but when he called his house the other day, some things did not go welll. That is what I talked about. '

Anurag Kashyap has responded to a series of tweets on the charge of Payal. He wrote, " Wow, it took so long in the attempt to silence me. It's ok. In the attempt to silence me, you dragged several other women despite being a woman yourself. Have some limit Madam. Will just want to say that whatever the accusations are, they are all unsubstantiated '
