On Tuesday, Bollywood actress Payal Ghosh met Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshiyari and demanded Y-class security for herself. Speaking to the media, Payal said, "I have put our opinion before him and have also given him a compact paper for his records. I have asked him for Y-class security and he has co-orporated with us."

Payal said, "Had a great meeting with honorable @maha_governor Shri @BSKoshyari Sir. He had supported me and we have to go all the way. The naysayers will be there but I will not stop, not stop and not stop. Bring it on!!" Payal had a press conference on Monday with Rajya Sabha MP Ramdas Athawale in which he said that he has suffered a life threat after Anurag Kashyap who is accused of sexual harassment.
