Kyiv:: Peace talks with Russia might span "many weeks," as negotiations on a number of subjects between the two nations "may take longer," Ukrainian adviser to the president Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said
According to Mykhailo Podolyak, the Ukrainian presidency's adviser, some evidence imply Moscow's position is more "correct," but negotiations on subjects such as security assurances, departure of Russian soldiers, and a ceasefire "may take longer," according to The Kyiv Independent, a media outlet.
Earlier on Saturday, Igor Konashenkov, a spokesperson for Russia's Defense Ministry, stated that Russian aerospace forces had attacked 69 Ukrainian military targets overnight, including four command centres and four anti-aircraft missile systems.
Meanwhile, the United States announced a restriction on the maintenance of 100 Russian aircraft. According to The Kyiv Independent, one of the jets belongs to Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich.
The US Pentagon director, Lloyd Austin, stated that the US will not engage in hostilities in Ukraine or impose a no-fly zone over the country. According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russia planned to send troops from the 102nd Russian military facility in Armenia to bolster its operation against Ukraine.
