Bhopal: It became costly for the police to resolve the dispute between two families in Guna district of Madhya Pradesh. On the notice of the dispute, the police arrived at The village of Moodkhurd and lashed out at the police. Nine policemen were injured. An inspector was also beaten hostage. Dial 100 vehicle was also damaged in stone-pelting. According to police, there was a dispute between Rajaram Ahirwar and Virendra Raghuvanshi over the feeding at 8.30 pm on Friday night.

As the controversy escalated, one side informed dial 100. The driver of the Inspector Sunil Raghuvanshi and Dial 100 arrived at the spot on the information. If the two did not resolve the quarrel, the police force was called on the spot. When the police team arrived, the people there started stone-pelting. In the incident, policemen Rammohan Dubey, Durga Prasad, Pradeep Raghuvanshi, Shanti Raghuvanshi, Jitendra Pal, Manmohan Lodhi, Dilesh Dhakar and Ranjit Raghuvanshi were injured. The Ahirwar family has said that the inspector had beaten him with the other side.

Ragougarh SDOP VP Tiwari and Thana Incharge pp Mudgal informed that he tried to convince both sides when inspector Sunil Raghuvanshi arrived on the spot on the notice of the dispute. The people of the Ahirwar family took the inspector hostage. He was beaten with him, causing his foot to break. When the police force arrived on the spot, people began to rain stones. Police have registered a case against 25 persons in the case.
