Petrol and diesel prices have been swayed today after 18 days of peace. According to the new petrol and diesel prices released on Friday, diesel prices have been hiked by 20 to 24 paise, while petrol prices have not changed. On 5th September, the prices of both of them were reduced by 15-15 paise per litre. Petrol at Indian Oil pump at Rs 101.19 per litre and diesel at Rs 88.82 per litre in Delhi today.

2014-15- Petrol rs 66.09 per litre, diesel Rs 50.32 per litre
2015-16- Petrol rs 61.41 per litre, diesel Rs 46.87 per litre
2016-17- Petrol rs 64.70 per litre, diesel Rs 53.28 per litre
2017-18- Petrol rs 69.19 per litre, diesel Rs 59.08 per litre
2018-19- Petrol rs 78.09 per litre, diesel Rs 69.18 per litre
2019-20- Petrol Rs 71.05 per litre, diesel Rs 60.02 per litre
