Diesel price rises, petrol prices remain stable for 19th consecutive day

New Delhi: The common people are facing a big setback once again. The oil companies of the country have again increased the price of diesel on Saturday. However, petrol prices still remain stable. There has been no change in the price of petrol in the last 19 days. Petrol prices were last increased on June 29. The price of petrol in Delhi has been increased by five paise per liter. This increase was made continuously on the 23rd day.

Since then, no change has been seen in the price of petrol. But since then, the price of diesel has increased by 99 paise per liter. On Saturday, the price of diesel has increased by 13 to 17 paise per liter. With this, the price of diesel has increased to Rs 81.52 per liter in Delhi, the capital of the country. At the same time, the price of petrol remains Rs 80.43 per liter. In the country's financial capital Mumbai, petrol prices have remained stable after June 29. After the increase in Mumbai, the price of one liter of diesel is Rs 79.71, while the price of petrol remains Rs 87.19 per liter.

There has been no change in the price of petrol in Chennai as well and the price of diesel has been increased here too. After the increase, the price of diesel in Chennai has reached Rs 78.50 per liter and petrol is being sold at Rs 83.63 per liter. Apart from this, the price of petrol in Kolkata remains at Rs 82.10 per liter, while the price of diesel has increased to Rs 76.67 per liter.
