As the clock struck 1 pm, the third phase of Lok Sabha polls witnessed a turnout of approximately 39.92%. The polling, which commenced at 7 am across 93 constituencies spanning 11 states and Union Territories, saw notable figures like Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah exercising their franchise early in the day.

The ballot battle features prominent personalities such as Union Ministers Amit Shah (Gandhinagar), Jyotiraditya Scindia (Guna), Mansukh Mandaviya (Porbandar), Parshottam Rupala (Rajkot), Pralhad Joshi (Dharwad), and SP Singh Baghel (Agra).

The polling map includes 11 seats in Maharashtra, 10 seats in Uttar Pradesh, 14 of the 28 seats in Karnataka, seven in Chhattisgarh, five in Bihar, four each in Assam and West Bengal, along with two seats in Goa. Additionally, the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu hold two seats, while nine seats in Madhya Pradesh are up for grabs, including Betul, where elections were postponed.

BJP's Take on Lok Sabha Elections: Choosing Between Strength and Appeasement
