New Delhi: The common people are facing a lot of problems today due to the Bharat Bandh called by farmers. Farmers today called for Bharat BAandh to protest against three agricultural laws. The impact has been seen in several States including Kerala-Karnataka. While roads in Kerala were seen empty, Gurugram also witnessed jams.

From farmers to some political parties and many organisations, they are blocking different highways. Farmers will agitate from 6 am to 4 pm. Meanwhile, people going to the office early in the morning are facing jams for several hours. Protests are being held in several states of the country including Borders, Punjab, Bihar adjoining Delhi over Bharat Bandh.

More than 40 farmers' organisations, which led the farmers' movement against the three agricultural laws, have called bharat bandh today. Several social organizations and political parties have supported the Bharat Bandh.

Karnataka has also witnessed the impact of Bharat Bandh. Various organisations staged a protest outside Kalburgi Central bus station. Meanwhile, protesters said that several organisations are supporting farmers and participating in the nationwide Bharat Bandh call. Security forces have been deployed from 5 am at places where farmers are staging dharna in Amritsar and Punjab.

In Bihar, RJD leader Mukesh Roshan and other party workers staged a protest in Hajipur in support of bharat bandh called by farmers' organisations against agricultural laws brought by the central government.
