PM Modi Boosts Education Sector, Will inaugurate three new IIM's tomorrow

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate three new Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) in the country, marking a significant advancement in India's education sector. These include IIM Jammu, IIM Bodh Gaya, and IIM Visakhapatnam, symbolizing a push towards fostering excellence in management education.

Additionally, PM Modi will lay the foundation stones for several other prestigious projects across India. This includes the establishment of IIT Bhilai, IIT Tirupati, and IIT Jammu, as well as IIITDM Kancheepuram. Furthermore, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the Indian Institute of Skills (IIS) in Kanpur and two campuses of the Central Sanskrit University, located in Devprayag (Uttarakhand) and Agartala (Tripura).

In a further boost to the education infrastructure, PM Modi will inaugurate 20 new buildings for Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) and 13 new Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVs) across the nation. Additionally, he will lay the foundation stones for five Kendriya Vidyalaya campuses, one Navodaya Vidyalaya campus, and five Multipurpose Halls for Navodaya Vidyalayas.

Highlighting the government's commitment to healthcare, PM Modi will also inaugurate the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Vijaypur (Samba), Jammu. This state-of-the-art hospital is equipped with 720 beds, a Medical College with 125 seats, a Nursing College with 60 seats, and various other facilities to provide comprehensive healthcare services to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

The AIIMS Vijaypur will offer specialized medical services in 18 specialties and 17 super specialties, including Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Oncology, and more. Additionally, PM Modi will lay the foundation stones for crucial infrastructure projects, including a new terminal building at Jammu Airport and various rail projects in Jammu & Kashmir, such as the Banihal-Khari-Sumber-Sangaldan rail line and the electrification of the Baramulla-Sringar-Banihal-Sangaldan section.
