New Delhi: Counting the achievements of his tenure, PM Narendra Modi said that if every penny is used properly, then no one will be left behind. Addressing a webinar on the budget of the rural development sector, PM Modi said, 'We will discuss here how every single penny can be used for the development of the people. We can all do that and after that we will see that no one will be left behind. PM Modi further said that the provisions made in the budget of the year 2022 will lead to rapid development in rural India.

In the last seven years, our government has been working to enhance the capabilities of every citizen. PM Modi said that the resolve to connect every village with pucca houses, toilets, electricity, water, roads in the villages is being fulfilled. He said that in this budget, funds have been announced for Jal Jeevan Mission, connectivity of North Eastern states, broadband facility in villages. Along with this, marginal villages will be developed under the Vibrant Village Program. He said that now the focus is on technology for the development of villages.

Work can be accomplished only by making full use of technology. PM Modi further said that women's power is the foundation of rural economy. Therefore, economic decisions and participation of women in the family have been given prominence through financial inclusion. Women are being strengthened through self-help groups.
