New Delhi: PM Modi has tweeted his grief over the death of actor Arvind Trivedi who played Ravan in Ramanand Sagar's famous serial 'Ramayana.' He has said that Arvind Trivedi was not only an exceptional actor but also passionate about public service. PM Modi also remembered Ghanshyam Nayak who played Nattu Kaka in the show 'Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma.'
 
PM Modi tweeted, "We have lost Arvind Trivedi, who was not only an extraordinary actor but also passionate about public service. For generations of Indians, he will be remembered for their work in Ramayana TV serials. Condolences to the families and fans of both the actors.' PM Modi also recalled Ghanshyam Nayak, who played Nattu Kaka in 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma,' and tweeted, 'In the last few days, we have lost two talented actors who have made a place in the hearts of the people with their work. Ghanshyam Nayak will be remembered for his versatile roles, especially in the popular show 'Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma.' He was also extremely kind and humble.'

His nephew Kaustubh Trivedi had then tweeted refuting all reports and appealed not to spread fake news. 'The actor had been ill for the past few days. He was not keeping well after which he died of a heart attack.
