Shimla: PM Narendra Modi has given a big gift to Himachal Pradesh on the occasion of Dussehra today. PM Modi today inaugurated the Bilaspur AIIMS built at a cost of over Rs 1,470 crore. During this, Himachal Pradesh CM Jai Ram Thakur, Union Minister Anurag Thakur and BJP National President JP Nadda were also present. PM Modi said 'Today there is also a Central University in Himachal, there are also prestigious institutions like IITs, IIITs and IIMs. AIIMS, the largest institute of medical education and health in the country, is also now increasing the glory of Bilaspur. Himachal, which is known for the heroes of the nation's defence in the whole country, the same Himachal is now going to play an important role in the protection of life after this AIIMS. He said that 'Himachal is one of the 3 states of the country which have been selected for Bulk Drugs Parks. Himachal is also one of the 4 states that have been selected for the Medical Device Park. The foundation stone of Medical Device Park in Nalagarh is part of this.' He said that there is another side of Himachal, in which infinite possibilities of development are hidden here. This is the side of medical tourism. The climate here, the atmosphere here, the herbs here are very suitable for good health.
