Ahmedabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to Gujarat. PM Modi will lay the foundation stone and dedicate various projects worth more than Rs 3400 crore in Surat at around 11 am today. After this, PM Modi will go to Bhavnagar. In Bhavnagar too, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several development projects worth more than Rs 5200 crore at around 2 pm. With this, the 36th National Games will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad at around 7 pm.
At 9 pm, PM Modi will attend the Navratri festival at GMDC ground in Ahmedabad. On September 30, at around 10:30 am, PM Modi will flag off the Gandhinagar-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express at Gandhinagar station, from where he himself will board the train and go to Kalupur railway station. The next day, at around 11:30 am, the Prime Minister will flag off the Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project and travel by metro rail from Kalupur station to Doordarshan Kendra Metro station. At around 12 noon, PM Modi will launch the first phase of the Ahmedabad Metro project at a public function at the Ahmedabad Education Society in Ahmedabad.
After this, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone of various projects worth more than Rs 7200 crore in the pilgrimage area Ambaji at around 5:45 pm and inaugurate it. On the last day of his Gujarat tour, PM Modi will visit and worship at Ambaji temple at around 7 pm. He will then take part in the Maha aarti at Gabbar Tirtha at around 7:45 pm. The foundation stone and dedication of these various development projects demonstrate PM Modi's commitment to developing world-class infrastructure, enhancing urban mobility and improving multi-modal connectivity. It also shows the constant focus by his government on making the lives of ordinary people easier.
