New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi on Tuesday shared a video of another yoga posture on social media to motivate people to stay fit amid the ongoing lockdown in the country due to Coronavirus. Posting the video on Twitter, PM Modi wrote that whenever I get time, I practice yoga sleep 1-2 times a week. It keeps the body healthy and the mind happy, as well as reduces stress and anxiety.

PM Modi said that you will find a lot of videos of Yoga Nidra on the internet. I am sharing 1-1 videos for you in English and Hindi. PM Narendra Modi on Monday also shared some of his videos on social media platforms to motivate people to stay fit during the lockdown. While answering a question during his radio program Mann Ki Baat on Sunday, PM Narendra Modi had said that I am not a fitness expert nor a yoga trainer. I just practice. Yes, it is true that I have benefited greatly from some yogasanas. It is possible that some of these tips benefit you during lockdown.

Let us tell you that to prevent the infection of coronavirus, PM Modi announced a nationwide 21-day lockdown on 24 March. PM Modi had said that social distancing is the only way to fight the coronavirus.
