Aligarh: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the centenary celebrations of Aligarh Muslim University as Chief Guest today. His address will be through a digital medium. Also, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank will also take part in the ceremony. This program of PM Modi will be done online only, but with the entire Rai of the AMU. The university administration has completed all preparations for this.

According to the virtual program released by the university administration, the program will begin with Quran Khawani at 10 am on Tuesday. A time of two minutes has been kept for this. Then VC Prof. Tariq Mansoor will make a formal introduction. The Vice Chancellor's address will be about five minutes. After this, Sir Syed Academy director Ali Muhammad Naqvi will tell about 100 years of achievements of the university. Professor Naima Khatoon, Principal of AMU Women's College will make a statement on the contribution of AMU in women's education.

In this episode, University Chancellor Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin will express his views. For 15 minutes, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will address the Nishank ceremony. After that PM Modi will issue a postage stamp on the occasion of 100 years of AMU and then give his address. The event will conclude with AMU Tarana.
