PM Modi to visit Kanpur today to inaugurate the project at a cost of Rs 1500 crore

New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi will be on a visit to Kanpur today. PM Modi will launch the Kanpur Metro Rail Project here. PM Modi will also attend the convocation of IIT Kanpur as the Chief Guest. Here the PM will launch a blockchain-based digital degree. Digital degrees will also be issued to students through an internal blockchain-driven technology developed here. PM Modi will also launch the Bina-Panki multiproduct pipeline project. CM Yogi had informed about PM Modi's visit to Koo yesterday on Monday.

 

 

Ahead of his visit to Kanpur, PM Modi tweeted about the people of Kanpur. In a tweet, PM Modi wrote, "The development works being undertaken in Kanpur will improve urban infrastructure and promote the 'Ease of Living' of the people. According to the report, PM Modi will attend the 54th convocation of Kanpur IIT around 11 am. He will then launch the completed section of the Kanpur Metro Rail Project at around 1.30 pm.

PM Narendra Modi will also inaugurate the Bina-Panki Multiproduct Pipeline. The 356 km long project has an annual capacity of about 3.45 million metric tonnes. The project extends from Bina Refinery in Madhya Pradesh to Panki in Kanpur. It has been prepared at a cost of more than Rs.1500 crores. The project will help in delivering petroleum products from Bina Refinery in the area.
