New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi has achieved another big position on social media site Twitter. The number of followers on PM Narendra Modi's Twitter handle has increased to 60 million i.e. 6 crore. At present, 60 million social media users follow PM Modi on Twitter, while PM Modi follows 2354 people.

PM Modi is not only on Twitter, but also among those leaders around the world who are most followed. PM Modi is among the first leaders of India to knock on twitter. He created his account on Twitter in the year 2009. Congress leader Shashi Tharoor also came on Twitter, but in the case of followers, Narendra Modi has left the Congress leader far behind.

In September 2019 itself, the number of followers of PM Modi on Twitter reached 5 crore. In this way, in just 10 months, 1 crore followers of PM Modi on Twitter have increased. According to the followers, the biggest person on Twitter at this time is former US President Barack Obama. Around 12 crore people follow Obama twice as much as PM Modi. After this comes the number of the present US President Donald Trump, who is followed by 8 crore 37 lakh people.
