Bhojpur: The police have solved the case of loot that took place in south Bihar Gramin Bank in Bihar's Ara on March 7 last. The police have also seized illegal arms as well as 3 lakh 6 thousand rupees of loot from the criminals of the robbery. In fact, the South Bihar Gramin Bank robbery was carried out by some criminals in public last week in the Bibiganj area of the Gajrajganj police station area. The police have arrested six robbers involved in this bank robbery case.

The police have arrested all the robbers from near Al-Hafeez College on Ara-Salempur road. From the criminals, the police have seized 3 lakh 6 thousand rupees looted, a country-made pistol, 3 live cartridges, 6 mobiles and two motorcycles used in the robbery along with a car that was looted and other items.

The Bhojpur police team has been congratulated by the bank staff as well as the locals for exposing the bank robbery incident. The arrested robbers include Suraj, a resident of MP Bagh under Nagar police station of Ara, Nivi Jacki Kumar of ward no. 10, Anand Kumar and Rupesh Paswan of Nawada police station area. The culprits in the robbery are Praveen Kumar, a resident of Rampur and Nikhil Kumar, a resident of Veerampur in Koilwar, who have also been arrested. The criminals have accepted their role in the bank robbery incident.
