Mumbai: Only a few days are left in the Maharashtra assembly elections. In such a situation, accusations between political parties have intensified. In this episode, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar has made a big attack on senior NCP leader Praful Patel. Javadekar accused Praful Patel of 'ruining' Air India and also involved in the scam in Mumbai-based Punjab and Maharashtra Cooperative Bank (PMC). Prakash Javadekar has demanded an inquiry against him.

The senior BJP leader also alleged that huge loans were approved over phone calls during the Manmohan Singh government, which weakened the financial position of the public sector banks. Javadekar said this while talking to reporters in Nagpur. Without naming Praful Patel, Javadekar said, "Some individuals facing ED investigations, their role in the PMC bank bankruptcy case should also be investigated."

He said that this person was regularly using airplanes belonging to some of the accused in the PMC bankruptcy case. Union Minister Javadekar said that to find out who else is involved in the PMC bank scam, the case should be investigated more. Former Union Minister Praful Patel reached the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office on Friday.

He was summoned by the investigating agency in connection with the alleged land deal with Dawood Ibrahim's close Iqbal Mirchi. Please tell that Patel is considered very close to NCP chief Sharad Pawar.
