Mukherjee (84) was admitted to the military hospital on Monday afternoon and Covid-19 was also confirmed before the surgery. In the medical bulletin issued on Tuesday by the hospital, it was said that the condition of former President Pranab Mukherjee remains critical and he has been kept on life support system. The former president's brain surgery was done on Monday due to a blood clot. No change has been seen in his condition. At the same, his situation also remains fragile.
