INDORE: President Drupathi Murmu will present 57 individuals and organisations with awards as part of Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan 2023 today. The President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu will grace the valedictory session of the 17th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention and confer Pravasi Bhartiya Samman Awards today. She is expected to reach the venua at y at 3.30 pm today
On Tuesday, the final day of the 17th Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan bening held in Indore, President Draupadi Murmu will award the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman to 57 overseas Indians. This honour will also go to the presidents of Guyana, Mohammed Irfan Ali, and Suriname, Chandrika Prasad Santokhi. The Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan, essentially held last year, will be honoured in addition to the current Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan.
