The thief did not even leave the temple. The recent incident from the Vijaywada temple has come to light, where three lions statues on the silver chariot of the Sri Kanaka durga temple were missing on Wednesday. The temple officials explained that three of the four silver pictures of the endowment minister Vellampally Srinivas Ratha, who had come to the temple to personally observe the silver chariot, were missing.
