These days, the accusation of assault, rape, and molestation have been seen reporting by many girls in and outside Entertainment industry. Some of them are true while some not. One such case is finalized by Mumbai session court.

The murder of Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar was plotted by a model named Preeti Jain and now she has been convicted by a city civil and sessions court. She has been sentenced to three years in jail with the fine of Rs. 10,000.

Earlier, Preeti accused Bhandarkar of rape charges also. Along with Preeti, her two associates - Naresh Pardeshi and Shivram Das was also sentenced to three years in jail on the conspiracy charges. On September 10, 2005, the case was filed.
