Dehradun: President Ram Nath Kovind has arrived at the silver jubilee celebrations of Divya Prem Seva Mission in Dharmanagari. The President will be in the city from 10.40 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. President Ram Nath Kovind had earlier arrived in Dehradun on Saturday. From Jollygrant, he went directly to Raj Bhavan. President Ram Nath Kovind is in Uttarakhand on a two-day visit. On Saturday, he reached Dehradun and today he has reached Haridwar Dharmanagari.

President is here to attend the silver jubilee celebrations of the Divine Love Service Mission. Their security cordon has been strengthened. Police officers completed preparations on Saturday. From the helipad to the venue, jawans armed with state-of-the-art weapons were deployed. Sniper surveillance was kept on CCTV and high-rise buildings on the fleet road at the main venue. Dharmanagari has been made impregnable for the security of the President. A three-tiered cordon of their security has been created.

Many of the same arrangements are visible directly, while some have been kept confidential for security reasons. Apart from the armed forces, the police personnel in plainclothes will also remain alert. Some officials of the intelligence agency have also reached Dharmanagari from Delhi. Officials said that paramilitary forces, PAC, police, besides surveillance and electronic equipment have also been used in the president's security.
