New Delhi: Central Health Department and Hindustan Aerological Research Council (ICMR) held a press conference regarding Covid's position in the country. In which Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan, Dr. VK Paul, member of NITI Aayog, and Dr. Balram Bhargava, Director General of ICMR have issued information regarding the status of Covid in the country. As for this, Rajesh Bhushan has said, 'In India, a record number of Covid-19 samples are being examined in the last 24 hours. Its number was 9 lakhs'. He said that the rate of recovery from Covid-19 in the country is increasing rapidly. The number of patients recovering has exceeded 19.70 lakh. This figure is 2.93 times higher than the corona active patients.

Dr. VK Paul said, 'As far as the vaccine is concerned, PM had assured the countrymen on Independence Day.' He has said that 3 vaccines are to be developed in India and there are different levels of trials. One of these may be involved in the third step of the trial today or tomorrow. A vaccine is in the first stage and a vaccine is in the second stage. Bhushan said, in the first week of July, about 2 lakh 30 thousand average tests were conducted all over the country. Now, these numbers have increased to more than 8 lakh 8 thousand tests per week.

NITI Aayog member Dr. Pal said, 'a new dimension of disease is being seen. The scientific and medical community is eyeing it. We have to be aware that there may be some impact in the latter as well. But as of now the far-reaching consequences or effects are not dangerous.' Regarding the cases of symptoms appearing after infection in some patients, he said that as we have understood it, we are going to use the available resources of treatment which is being learned and studied right now. The medical community has responded to this.
