Chandigarh: Corona epidemic has affected every section of the country. In the meantime, now private hospitals and labs in Punjab will not be able to charge an arbitrary price for examining corona. The Ministry of Family and Welfare of Punjab State has decided to set the price of corona investigation due to the Disaster Disease Act. A price of Rs 1000 has been fixed by the Ministry for investigation. Along with this, other rules have also been made necessary.

The spokesperson of the ministry said that for the rapid antigen testing, all taxes including GST have been included in the 1000 rupees. Along with this, the guidelines set by the Central and State Government will have to be followed by private labs and hospitals. Private lab operators will also share the corona test data with the state government. With this, full information of the person has to be taken.

On the other hand, Corona has also taken over hospitals in the state. The situation in GMCH-32 is worrisome. In just eight days, 57 staff have been infected. These include doctors, nursing officers, and security guards. Hospital doctors, paramedical staff are frightened by the increasing scope of infection. He says that there is no adequate arrangements to prevent infection in the emergency of the hospital. This is the reason that infection is increasing. The corona will continue to spread until concrete steps are taken.
