New Delhi: One more diplomatic dialogue program 'Raisina Dialogue' is going to start today. At the same time, it is being said that PM Narendra Modi will attend its inaugural session. The Foreign Ministry said that the fifth edition of the prestigious Raisina Dialogue has been organized jointly by the Ministry of External Affairs and the Observer Research Foundation and will include 700 international delegates from around 100 countries. It is one of the largest conferences of its kind.
