It is further written that if you want to get this free Talktime, then share this message in three WhatsApp groups.

According to the media report, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had launched the Smart City Scheme for every tapa in the country, with an investment of Rs 6,85,758 crore to develop a citizen-friendly urban area under this scheme.
