Pune: A match of the seventh season of Pro Kabaddi League was played between Patna Pirates and Telugu Titans. The match ended at 42–42 between the two. Patna Pirates held the losing match on par in the final five minutes. Star raider Pradeep Narwal made Patna return once again by scoring 17 points. 7 minutes before the end of the match, Patna's team was trailing by eight points (29-37) but with a brilliant game from Narwal and Korea player Lee Jung-kun (seven points), the team drew three points.
Siddharth Desai (12 points) and Rajneesh (10 points) scored super-10s for the Telugu Titans but it was not enough to win the team. In another match of the day, the Pune Paltan defeated the Bengaluru Bulls 42-38. Pankaj Mohite scored an amazing 17 Raid points for the Pune team. Rohit Kumar scored 14 raid points for Bengaluru.
