New Delhi: Today, Prime Minister Modi will virtually launch the 25th National Youth Festival which will be held in Puducherry Puducherry. The celebration is kick out today as  January 12th,  is observed as National Youth Day, to commemorate Swami Vivekanand's birth anniversary.

"During the festival, participants will get a peek of Auroville, Puducherry's Immersive City Experience, indigenous sports games from all over the country, and traditional dances, among other things." Live musical performances and interactive yoga sessions led by Auroville and Art of Living instructors are among the festival's other features."

"By creating a mini-India, the Festival also provides an arena for youth to engage in official and informal settings and exchange their social and cultural uniqueness." Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat is the result of this mix of socio-cultural milieus. The festival aspires to mould the minds of India's youth and transform them into an united force for nation-building, according to Youth Affairs Secretary Usha Sharma. She explained that, because to the looming COVID-19 scenario, the festival will be hosted virtually this year.

The National Youth Summit will follow the inauguration, with the goal of galvanising, igniting, uniting, and activating the youth toward nation-building and unlocking the true potential of our demographic dividend.
