Famous Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar is no longer in this world. He passed away last Friday afternoon due to a heart attack. The last rites of his mortal remains will be performed tomorrow i.e. However, earlier, Puneeth Rajkumar's mortal remains were kept at Kantirava Stadium in Bengaluru after his death for the darshan of fans and family members. Let me tell you that Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai visited the mortal remains of the actor and paid homage.
You must all know that Puneeth Rajkumar breathed his last at the age of 46. On the other hand, Puneeth Rajkumar's fans thronged the stadium last Friday evening to pay their last respects. In the meantime, everyone seemed eager to bid him a final farewell. His body has been kept for darshan at the stadium after his death in the hospital. According to reports, he will be cremated in Kantirava tomorrow i.e. Amidst all this, Bengaluru police have directed all liquor shops in the city to remain closed for two nights as a precautionary measure.
Police said intensive patrolling is being carried out to ensure that no untoward incident takes place. Puneeth had a heart attack at home in the morning after which he was taken to the hospital. The actor suffered an ECG (echocardiogram) in the hospital, the result of which showed that he had suffered a heart attack. On the other hand, before his death, Dr Ranganath's statement came out in which he said that it is difficult to say anything at the moment. When the actor was brought to the hospital, his condition was very bad. He was treated in the ICU.
