Amritsar: A campaign for cleanliness is being carried out across the country, PM Narendra Modi himself has appealed to the countrymen several times to make the country a clean India. In the same sequence, a child of Punjab has invented a new and unique innovation to promote cleanliness.

Vinayak Rana, a student of 9th grade in Kutlaihar Public School Force of village Thana Kalan of Una in Jalandhar district of Punjab, has devised a unique way to prevent people from throwing garbage around. Vinayak Rana has designed a smart dustbin that will inspire people to throw garbage into the dustbin. Covering the garbage around the dustbin, this dustbin says 'use me' and on putting garbage inside it also says 'Thank you'.

Vinayak Rana says that he will dedicate this smart dustbin to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Clean India Campaign. This invention of Vinayak has also been appreciated by the big institutions of the country. Apart from this, Vinayak Rana is being sent by the Government of India to Japan for its innovation in 2020 research.
