New Delhi: The threat of covid-19 is once again increasing in the country. This threat of covid in Punjab has also knocked in schools. In fact, the corona test of about 4 thousand school teachers has been done in the state, in which 13 teacher's reports have been found positive. In such a situation, the school the teacher is from has now been closed for 48 hours. Those schools will be sanitized. At the same time, Civil Surgeon Charanjit Singh of Amritsar said that in the last 2-3 days, an increase has been observed in the cases of covid, after which the corona test has been made mandatory in schools. Under which covid test of 4 thousand teachers has been done in which 13 have been found infected.


Earlier, the school has been sealed for seven days from Sunday after a family member of a teacher of Don Bosco School in Guwahati and another teacher was found infected with covid-19. It is learned that both teachers were going to teach in the classrooms without informing the authorities that they were infected or had come in contact with the infected person. Kamrup Metropolitan Deputy Commissioner Biswajit Pegu has declared the entire school campus as a containment zone till February 27 to prevent the spread of infection to other teachers and students. It has been said in the order that all the teachers of the school are being instructed to come to the school on Monday for corona investigation. On the other hand, there are more than 7,000 mutations of covid-19 in Hindustan, some of which can be a serious threat. On Monday, Rakesh Mishra, director of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology, said the N440K among the variants is growing very fast in the southern states.

Mishra said "There are more than 7,000 coronavirus mutations in the country, which is one of the paper's co-authors.
