New Delhi [India], Sep 07 (NT): Congress scion Rahul Gandhi shared the first-ever picture from the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra on Friday with a fellow pilgrim. The national president of grand old party Congress is on a 12-day pilgrimage to the holy place of pilgrimage can be seen donning a pair of dad jeans and a jacket from The North Face -an American clothing brand. He also sported a pair of sunglasses and a snapback cap.

Rahul Gandhi also shared a video on his official twitter handle by a pilgrim, wherein He can be seen interacting with other pilgrims at a location, encircled by snow-capped mountains.

Since the start of his Kailash Yatra, the Congress chief has been tweeting photos and videos from his much-awaited trip.

Gandhi, who is expected to cover a distance of 60 kilometres on foot, captioned, "Shiva is the universe on shared video of Kailash Mountain .

Two days prior to this, Gandhi expressed pleasure on his trip to Kailash Mansarovar and said that "a man goes to Kailash when it calls him." He also termed the waters of the Mansarovar Lake as "gentle, tranquil and calm."

Earlier Gandhi also tweeted two photos of the Rakhas Tal lake and captioned it as "The stunning beauty of lake Rakhas Tal."

Gandhi's tour to Kailash Mansarovar has been frequently questioned by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).even He was accused of being China's ambassador. (NT)
