Chennai: After the announcement of the date of the Tamil Nadu assembly election, former National President of Congress Rahul Gandhi arrived in Thoothukudi district on Saturday. Upon reaching Thoothukudi, supporters gave a grand welcome to Rahul Gandhi. During a program in Thoothukudi, Rahul Gandhi attacked the Modi government and the RSS fiercely. Rahul Gandhi said that the Modi government is destroying constitutional institutions. Due to this people did not have faith in Parliament and Judiciary.

Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi said that if the balance between the institutions deteriorates, then the country is turbulent. For the last 6 years, all institutions have been systematically attacked. It is saddening that democracy has died in India because RSS, an organization, is destroying and destroying the institutional balance of our country. Due to this, the situation has become that no one has faith in Parliament and Judiciary. Rahul Gandhi further said that the Modi government is misusing ED and CBI. The Congress leader further said that the BJP knows that I am not corrupt, so she is afraid of me.

In response to a question, Rahul Gandhi said that I fully support women's reservation as well as the judiciary. He said that the men of India need to change their attitude towards women. They should also look at women with the way they see themselves.
