In the interaction, he highlighted the failures of the Modi government during the second wave of corona and issued a white paper for the same. In the meantime, he said, "The corona virus caused a lot of pain to the country. Lakhs of people died. The whole country knows what Corona did. We have prepared this White Paper in a little detail. This White Paper has two to three goals. The goal is not finger pointing. The goal is not what the Government has done wrong. The whole country knows that before the second wave, our scientists and doctors spoke of the second wave. At that time, the action that the Government had to take. What should have been the way to work is no more".

He further said, "The entire country had to bear the impact of the second wave. Today we are standing there again. The whole country knows that the third wave is going to come. That is why we are once again saying that the Government should make all preparations for the third wave. The things that are needed, such as beds, infrastructure are needed in hospitals, oxygen and medicines are needed, which have not been done in the second wave. The Government should look into it for the third wave."

Moreover, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has targeted the Centre in the past. He has so far described the Modi government as a failure in the Corona period several times.
