Everyone is shocked by the suicide of TV actress Vaishali Takkar. The actress was reportedly discovered dead on Sunday at her Indore home, and police have been looking into the case ever since. According to some reports, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress also left a suicide note in which she blamed her ex-boyfriend for her extreme action. Three days after Vaishali's death, the Madhya Pradesh Police have reportedly detained Rahul Navlani, the man she accused in her note.

Additionally, Rahul Navlani, who shared a boundary with Vaishali Takkar, was detained on Wednesday night. The late actress left a suicide note in her room in which she cited Rahul and his family as the reason she had taken such drastic measures, and it was discovered by police that he was missing as a result. Harinarayan Chari Mishra, the police commissioner of Indore, confirmed that the suspect was taken into custody last night, as reported by NDTV. Disha, though, is still missing and is his wife.

In an interview with NDTV, the commissioner discussed the arrest "The accused was a neighbour, so he was aware of what was happening and was able to flee. Teams were dispatched to various states, and a reward was even announced. There was a circular for lookouts. He is being interrogated." He added that the investigation is ongoing and that Navlani's phone and other electronic devices have been seized.

Along with her father and brother, the young actor stayed in Indore. However, they claimed they had no idea she would make such a drastic decision. According to news agency ANI, Indore Assistant Commissioner of Police M Rahman had claimed that they had found a suicide note that suggested the woman was under stress and was being pursued by a former boyfriend.

With Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Vaishali Takkar made her acting debut in 2015. Yeh Vaada Raha, Sasural Simar Ka, Super Sisters, Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara, Manmohini 2, and other TV programmes featured the actress. She acted opposite actor Nishant Malkani in the movie Rakshabandhan, which was the last time anyone saw her.
