style="text-align: justify;">The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has completely ended the ongoing suspense over the head coach of Team India. Rahul Dravid, who is coaching Team India till World Cup 2023, is going to remain the head coach in future also. Along with Dravid, the contract for the support staff (senior men) of Team India has also been extended. However, BCCI has not yet clarified anything about what will be the duration of the contract. 
 
Recently, after ICC Cricket Cup 2023, Rahul Dravid's contract has also expired. After its period ended, BCCI had discussed with Rahul Dravid. After this, Rahul Dravid unanimously agreed to extend his tenure. Meanwhile, BCCI praised Dravid Rahul Dravid. The board also praised VVS Laxman as the head of NCA and stand-in head coach. 
 
BCCI President Mr. Roger Binny has said, “Rahul Dravid's vision and determined efforts have been important pillars in the success of Team India. They are appreciated for their achievements but also for their progress in them." Binny has further said in this regard that the performance of the Indian team is a proof of his strategic guidance. I am happy that he has accepted the offer to remain the head coach.
