New Delhi: The weather took a turn for the worse today in all parts of the country, including the capital Delhi. In the morning, many cities of Delhi-NCR, UP received rainfall, after which the cold wave has increased in the weather. On the other hand, imd has issued a warning of snowfall in Himachal Pradesh. At the same time, there has been 4 to 8 inches of snowfall in Kashmir. The snowfall is expected to continue till the coming day.

There was a slight drizzle in Delhi on Thursday morning. In the areas of AIIMS, Moti Bagh, due to rain, the car was seen crawling on the roads for some time. There were also light winds during the rain in Delhi, due to which people started feeling more cold. The IMD has predicted rain in several areas, including Delhi, for two days. Apart from the capital, several other cities, including UP's capital Lucknow, also received rain on Thursday morning.

The IMD said that all areas of Delhi-NCR are receiving light rain accompanied by light thunderstorms. Due to this, the speed of winds remained at 20-30 km per hour. On Thursday morning, many areas of Haryana also received rain. The IMD has predicted that areas of UP like Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Pilkhua, Hapur, Siana, Sambhal, Milak, Secunderabad, Chandausi, Bulandshahr, Khurja will receive rain on Thursday morning. Apart from this, rain has also been predicted in Kaithal, Karnal, Rajond, Asandh, Safidon, Jind, Panipat, Gohana, Ganaur, Maham, Gangoh, Deoband, Najibabad, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Kandhla, Bijnor, Khatauli, Sakoti Tanda, Hastinapur, Chandpur, Baraut, Daurala, Baghpat, Meerut, Khekra, Modinagar.
