Businessman Raj Kundra husband of actress and businesswoman is arrested by Mumbai police on Monday in connection with the mobile porns app. Now in the ongoing investigation, the Mumbai crime branch found a hidden cupboard. According to the reports, the hidden cupboard was found when the search operation was carried out in Raj Kundra?s office in the Andheri region.

The crime branch of Mumbai claimed before the Esplanade court that Businessman Kundra was making financial gains through this illegal business by taking the money from its app subscribers. The accused Kundra was booked under section 420 ( Cheating),34( common intention), 292,293 (related to the obscene and indecent advertisement and displays)

Now, Raj Kundra's lawyer Abad Ponda and advocate Subhash Jadhav opposed the police's plea and opposed Raj Kundra's remand. His lawyer said that police ought to have issued summons to Raj instead of arresting him in the case.
