Let us tell you that the Govardhan festival is celebrated on the next day of Deepawali, but this time due to a solar eclipse, this festival could not be celebrated on Tuesday. After which this festival was celebrated with pomp on Wednesday. For this, a 108 feet statue of Govardhan Bhagwan was made from JCB at Bharatpur College Ground. More than 40 men and women prepared this statue in three days. In which thousands of kilos of cow dung have been used. Tourism Minister Vishvendra Singh worshipped the five remaining 108 feet huge Govardhan statue on Wednesday evening. During this, a large number of people from the city also reached the college ground and offered prayers to Lord Govardhan.

So it is our endeavour to enter it in the Limca Book of Records. Let us tell you that the eastern part of the state including Bharatpur of Rajasthan comes in the Braj region. It is believed to be the Leela place of Lord Krishna. In such a situation, the Govardhan festival is celebrated here with great enthusiasm.
