Rajasthan Congress will oppose CAA and NRC, administration changes place regarding security

Jaipur: In protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act and NRC, a peace march will be organized by the Congress on December 22 in Jaipur. Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi is also expected to be involved in this peace march. Other organizations including civil society will also join this peace march.

It is worth mentioning that in protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act and NRC, protests are taking place everywhere in the country. A rally was held in the capital Jaipur on Friday in support of the CAA and NRC by the BJP. At the same time, now the Congress has decided to take out a peace march on 22 December in protest. To finalize the program, an important meeting was held today at CM Gehlot's residence. In this meeting, representatives of CM Ashok Gehlot, Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot, Minister Pratap Singh Khachariwas, Chief Whip Mahesh Joshi, MLAs Rafiq Khan and Amin Kagazi, besides civil society representatives were present.

In this March, apart from CM Ashok Gehlot, cabinet members and PCC officials will take part. Also, activists of various organizations will also protest against the CAA through peace march. At the same time, the Congress National Congress President Rahul Gandhi is also expected to join the march. Earlier in the meeting held at the residence of CM Ashol Gehlot, the situation related to taking out a rally in Karbala on Delhi Road was discussed.
