Jaipur: A picture has been going viral on social media for the past 24 hours in Rajasthan, in which a pole of an electricity department is in the middle of a new road. After the picture surfaced, people are making fun of the electricity department and PWD officials. According to the picture, a new road is built and the road has been laid right in the middle of it without removing the electric pole.

Users on social media are sharing this picture and questioning the way the departments of the Gehlot government of Rajasthan work. Let us know that this picture is of Bandra village under Barmer district of Rajasthan, where a new road has been laid recently, but the officials of the department did not remove the electric pole in the middle before constructing the road, after which this pole and road became the reason for the government's criticisms on social media.

According to information, the construction of roads is going on in Bandra village of Barmer assembly constituency these days, after which the work of laying a new road over the gravel road was started two days ago. It is being told that there was a demand from the sarpanch of the village to the electricity department to remove this pole in the middle of the road, but there was no hearing. After this, the contractor who built the road laid the road here a day ago which is passing through both sides of the pole. At the same time, an 11 kV light line is passing through this pole.

At the same time, regarding the pole passing through the middle of the road, the villagers say that the electricity department was informed before the construction of the road, but no one came to remove the pole, now this pole in the middle of the road can prove to be dangerous for many visitors.
