Jaipur: Local Hindus have been forced to flee after the violence in Karauli in Rajasthan. They are so scared that they are looking for their place in other places. Hindus from Karauli are standing outside their burnt shops with posters of 'This property is for sale' in their hands. According to Republic Bharat, there is an atmosphere of fear among local Hindu families. They are left with no other option but to sell the property. One such Hindu shopkeeper, while talking to the media, said, "We are left with no other option but to flee. We have suffered a lot. We also have to pay for the market. They are forced to sell their property. We cannot live in this atmosphere of decency. So we have decided to migrate because these people can do a lot more with us even further.''

An elderly man said that there could be violence here at any time. We don't have to stay here. Another Hindu shopkeeper who was extremely scared said, "I will not be here either." There's a fear of these people inside me. They can kill us anytime. Our lives are in danger. A shopkeeper named Hemant Agarwal, while talking to the media, said, "Our shops were burnt down in Karauli. All the goods were looted. It has caused us a lot of damage. We're not going to stay here anymore, we'll go. They won't let us stay here.''

Another shopkeeper named Chandrashekhar Garg said, "On that day (April 2), between 3 and 4 pm, Muslim shopkeepers started closing their shops. Around 6.30 pm, when a crowd started gathering in the market, we started opening our shops. But during this time, those (Muslims) opposed it. When we opposed them, they drove us away. We were also threatened with death. After going to our house, they looted our shops, and then set them on fire. We have suffered a lot of economic losses. We will flee from here and find some other work. We have a 60-year-old shop, but we are being forced to leave it. We always maintained brotherhood, but what we knew was that these same people would betray us and set our ancestral shops on fire.''

What's the whole matter?

On April 2, there was stone pelting on the procession taken out on the occasion of Hindu New Year in Karauli, after which violence broke out. There was arson in the shops. A young man named Pushpendra was seriously injured in it. He was attacked with a knife. Four police personnel were also injured while controlling the miscreants. A total of 43 people were reported injured in the media. After this, the investigation into the case began and a letter from the Popular Front of India (PFI) came out, which indicated that the violence was planned. Later, the role of Congress councillor Matbool Ahmed, who is currently absconding, was also found in the violence. Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra had also termed the violence as well-planned. He had said that the manner in which stone pelting was done during the Karauli violence proved that it was carried out in a planned manner and could have been prevented. The question that is also being raised is, from where did so many bricks and stones come on the roofs of the people on the day of the rally, were they already stored for attack? Did the Muslim shopkeepers close the shops so that they could go out to incite violence and loot? The questions are many and are under question, the Congress government of Rajasthan, which has not yet given assurance to the victims, which has not even given assurances to the victims, otherwise they would not have been forced to flee.
